Successful HCV elimination will require care and cure of difficult to reach populations (patients with mental health disorders, incarcerated, or homeless). While guidelines focus on the necessity of engaging these populations, limited real world effectiveness data (RWD) exist.  This RWD analysis evaluates the effectiveness and tolerability of SOF/VEL for 12 weeks in a worldwide HCV difficult to reach population.
