Kidney disease is a known extraintestinal manifestation of inflammatory bowel disease. IgA nephropathy and tubulointerstitial nephritis are the best described conditions. To our knowledge this is the first description of a C3 glomerulopathy in a patient with Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
